Lincoln


	Though devastated by the loss of her son, Vick carries on, remarries several times, and eventually finds herself working to be a good homemaker ( a role she was never comfortable with) and holding down a job in Lincoln Nebraska.


	If nothing else, Vick was a wonder with money. Despite her low pay and a husband that didn't really contribute that much to the household, she manages to buy a doublewide trailer home and eventually pay it off. The scene is now set for the beginning of an adventure that will last for 24 years.
